What’s new in Dynamics 365 Marketing - June Release
MICROSOFT
It feels like I’ve not truly fully explored the May release, and here we are with a jam packed release for June! We’ve got 3 items that are now generally available, 1 item that’s in public preview, and a monthly enhancement available too. Lots of great stuff to review and get installed!
Tasks & Phone Calls In A Real Time Marketing Journey
MEGAN V. WALKER
With Outbound Marketing in D365, we’ve had the ability to create activity templates for phone calls, appointments and tasks. This has been missing from Real-time, until now! Although we don’t have an option for appointments yet, we can create tasks and phone calls within a Journey, and we can create a follow up based on the completion of those activities too. A policy agenda for responsible AI progress
This is something I am happy to see, a white paper from Google with suggestions for a policy agenda for responsible AI progress. AI is massive, and looks like we don’t have the option to ignore or escape it. AI can help people massively, but also in the wrong hands, or with the wrong approach, could cause challenges. This is a good one to review! Link to the white paper is at the top of their article.
