Episode 11 - D365 Marketing Weekly Podcast
Now let’s get on with the newsletter!
D365 Marketing
The following relate to news and articles about Dynamics 365 Marketing
Email policies and suspension standards
MICROSOFT
This one isn’t new, and if you are using D365 Marketing hopefully you’ve already read this, but unfortunately I know that’s not always the case. Sending emails from ANY marketing tool means being responsible and taking steps to preserve your reputation as a sender. Microsoft have standards and policies in place that can often come as a surprise if you aren’t using clean data. Make sure you check this out to be aware of limits and stages of review they might take with an organisation.
Event Registration QR code in Real Time Marketing Email
RENÉE VAN DER WALT
Thanks to Renée van der Walt for flagging her recent LinkedIn article to me! She’s written about using an Event Registration QR code in Real-time Marketing. What I love about the post is she walks through what she tried, what didn’t work and then how she got things working to meet her requirements. Nice work!
How to Drive Customer Engagement with the 2023 Release Wave 1 for Dynamics 365 Marketing and Customer Insights
CRIMSON - MARK BRITTON
I saw this one from Microsoft Partner, Crimson from last month. I don’t do much with Customer Insights, but I do think it’s an awesome product, and well worth looking at for any organisation already utilising the power of Dynamics 365 Marketing. In the blog post, Mark Britton looks at the features and benefits of D365 Wave 1 and using it to improve your customer engagement strategy.

European Power Platform Conference
ESPC
So I appreciate it might be a bit late for some people, but this event should be an awesome one! It’s the European Power Platform Conference, in Dublin from June 20th to June 22nd… so like next week! If you can get yourself to Ireland, it looks like it’s going to be a fantastic conference.
Microsoft Power Platform Conference
POWER PLATFORM CONF
Another Power Platform Conference! This time you have a TON of planning time as it’s not until October 3rd 2023. It’s going to be from the 3rd to the 5th in Las Vegas, USA.
