Issue 14 of D365 Marketing Weekly
Welcome to the issue this week! I’ve got a couple of articles showing you how to get more from your email templates in D365 Marketing, and how to create segments using Power Automate. There is an upcoming D365 Marketing in a day workshop, AND a way you can say thank you to someone by nominating them for the UK Community Awards!
As always, if you spot anything you think would be worth a mention, just let me know by emailing news@d365-marketing-weekly.com. Always good to know of others posting about D365 Marketing or if you see anything else other marketers should know about.

The following relate to news and articles about Dynamics 365 Marketing
Using Defaults From Email Templates In Real-time Marketing
MEGAN V. WALKER
Email Templates in Dynamics 365 Marketing should make everyone’s lives a bit easier. You lovingly create it with the right content blocks and layout to make sure marketers simply need to select a template, edit their email and they are ready to launch it. To make it even easier, are you setting up all of the possible defaults? What about the potential to include additional settings? In this post I will cover what is already there out of the box, and two additional settings you might find useful on your Real-time Marketing Email Templates.
Create Dynamics 365 Marketing Segments with Power Automate
AMEY HOLDEN
Back to my good friend Amey for a blog post this week! In this one she has detailed how you can create marketing segments using Power Automate. This one is handy, but two things to note - this is for only up to 100 members… you cannot add more using this method. So, if you just want to create something quickly perhaps even by converting a spreadsheet to Contacts/Leads, then this might be for you!
Events
If there are any upcoming events relating to Marketing, they will go here!

It will cover initial set up, segments, forms and pages, emails, real-time marketing and events. This will be a good one!
