Auto Responder Emails For Gated Content Via Realtime Forms

MEGAN V. WALKER

Triggers in the Marketing App (Customer Insights – Journeys) are pretty awesome. They can be used to create what can be a very manually arduous task and turn it in to something automated that can just run on it’s own with you needing to step in and set stuff up. Even better, there are quite a few out of the box triggers that can be used to help with that. One of them runs when a Marketing Form is Submitted. I wrote about how you could create a custom trigger for Outbound Forms in Realtime Journeys previously, but in this post, we will use the out of the box trigger to send an email to someone when they submit a form but ONLY if it’s for an asset related form (Case Study, Whitepaper, eBook etc.).

Add the Communication Preferences tab for Customer Insights - Journeys to Lead Forms

AMEY HOLDEN

Last week I wrote about the new Communication Preferences tab that gives you the ability to manage consent for a Contact or a Lead. I explained the security access required, AND how to put it on to a custom Contact form. What I DIDN’T do however, was look to see if it worked the same way for a Lead form. Newsflash, it doesn’t! Massive props to Amey Holden for looking at it, and writing up how to get it on to your custom Lead forms. #Winner!

Sentiment analysis with the AI Builder in Customer Insights

PAULINE KOLDE

Another blog in the series from Pauline, all about MarTech, and this time she has focused on sentiment analysis with the AI Builder in Customer Insights. She’s put together a great use case for analysing the sentiment of the message field on a Realtime Marketing form. So checking those form submissions and then updating a value on the Lead so sales people can see if the sentiment is positive, neutral or negative. Great work Pauline!

Register for sessions on events in CI-Journeys

MALIN MARTNES

Malin takes a look at how you can set up your Event registration forms to allow people to register for sessions within an Event rather than just for the Event. This is a pretty recent feature, so make sure you pay attention to turning on the necessary feature switch first, then get to work on your registration form!

A great set of content to learn more about Customer Insights - Journeys!

MEGAN V. WALKER

I was playing about with creating a collection in Microsoft Learn, and put together a series of links to different learning paths to help you gain more knowledge about Customer Insights - Journeys. Anyone can create a collection, no special access required. Hope this one is useful to someone!

Episode 9: Preparing for MB-260 with Microsoft MVP Malin Martnes

BIZ APPS CLASSROOM

This one is a blog post featuring Malin Martnes talking about the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Data) Specialist certification, speaking with MSDynamicsWorld. She shares her experience working with clients and shares some Microsoft certification exam recommendations. Well worth a listen!

ColorCloud’s Fundraising Event - ColorChallenge

COLORCLOUD

This one isn’t specifically about an Event, but about a fundraising effort from those that are putting on ColorCoud in Hamburg on April 19th. ColorCloud are raising up to €10,000 in total. There are 10 MVP’s and Microsoft people who have committed to either dying their hair, or getting a tattoo IF enough money is raised! For each €1,000 raised, the next person on their list will be committed… so help make sure they all have their own splash of colour for the event! It’s a great initiative, with some fantastic causes being supported.

What New Terms Like ‘Goblin Mode’ Reveal about Work

MICROSOFT - WORKLAB

This was really interesting to me. Have you heard the term ‘quiet qutting’? Or what about Goblin mode? There are all of these new terms used in the work place. Are you up to date? Are you using NTD in your TEAMS Meetings? Even if you aren’t using them, others apparently are, so good to be informed!

What’s next for Analytics 360

GOOGLE

This is an old post but it serves as a reminder… we are approaching another deadline from Google. Starting the week of July 1, 2024, you won’t be able to access any Universal Analytics properties or the API (not even with read-only access) and all data will be deleted. So really, seriously hope you’ve paid attention, because that is absolutely it. Check this out if you have NO IDEA what I am referring to!
